Prior to slaughtering each farmer delivers current poultry health certification issued by a vet who supervises the farm.
Chickens are transported at specialized vehicles adapted to transportation of livestock, which secures a fine humanitarian protection.
Slaughtering and processing are conducted under constant veterinary supervision.
Technological process is carried out on modern and mechanized production line installed by Dutch company E.M.F. with capacity of up to 6000 birds per hour.
Air chilled system which is utilized during production process is preferred by European Union authorities and ensures achievement of required temperature +4 oC after chilling and prevents absorption of any foreign water.
Further, carcasses are kept in refrigerators with temperature ranging from –2 to +2 oC , which ensures continuity of chilling chain and causes that carcass keeps freshness and is more durable microbiologically.
